The Last Thing Thursdays {#5}

It's Thursday (OY VEY where did the week go?) again!! Time for another round of my Last Things!! 

BOUGHT FOR MYSELF:
This necklace from my adorable and amazing friend Megan from Across The Pond. She just opened her new SHOP -- it's filled to the brim with beautiful jewelry, and I'm smitten with all of it (and her :)!

ATE (THAT WAS BAD FOR ME): A caramel apple. I just can't say NO to these--they call my name with false promises of being "good for me cause there's an apple in there somewhere")

ATE (THAT WAS GOOD FOR ME): More Coconut Almond Butter w/ Apples (ummm I might like apples a little, ok?). A lot of you asked me how to make this/where to get it when I talked about it in THIS post. So here is my recipe:

3 Cups Almonds
1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Oil or Butter
1 tsp. Honey
1 pinch of Sea Salt


**Grind all the ingredients in a food processor and VOILA! Easy Peasy DELICIOUSNESS!! :)

CRAFTED: Some new jewelry designs after I went to the Gem Fair and found these gorgeous Druzy Stones. I am SO EXCITED about these new bracelets!!! I'll show you pics when they are done! :)

FELT NERVOUS ABOUT: The possibility of opening my own jewelry shop. It's a little daunting...but I think know I'm READY!

SWOONED OVER: Anything and everything Chevron (my hubby said "Like the Gas Station?").
