The Last Thing Thursdays {#9}

Today is one of those days that I am lacking some motivation. I am trying to be really healthy in everything I eat/do, but it's getting harder & harder everyday. Anyone else ever have those days?

So today is a "motivation" edition of my LAST THINGS (so I can KEEP my butt in gear)!!

Worked-Out On:
Jogged 3.0 Miles on the treadmill yesterday. That is HUGE for me. I hate running.

Wanted to Buy When I Get My Legs TONED:
These shorts from Romwe. Ohhhh legs are gonna look awesome in these! :)

Bought That Was Healthy:
Odwalla Drinks. Love these. Usually I'll make a Green Drink, but if I'm on the go..these work great!
THIS is my go-to-smoothie if you want the recipe :)

Bought That Was Not-So Healthy:
(hey I can't live solely on green drinks)
Choc. Chip Cookie from Chick-Fil-A. Have you ever had one of those? Yesterday was my first one ever (I am not a huge Chick-Fil-A fan)..but OMG!! AMAZING.

Pinned for Motivation:
Eating 5 times a day is the easiest way for me to keep my weight down.

  2. I freakin love those shorts, esp the blue ones with the pink polka dots. Too bad it's FREEZIN in NY. But, I guess that means I could wear them with tights and not have to worry about flashing my white legs.

  7. Totally missed out on today...I need to link up soon...I keep saying I am.

    First off...don't be so hard on yourself. I find that every time I try too, too hard I actually end up gaining weight for some reason. When I try to things in moderation and make exercise and 1 cookie instead of, oh 6 cookies a priority, everything seems to work out.

    Plus, you're gorgeous!

  20. I think staying healthy is so hard. I'm working so much right now that everything else (cooking dinner, doing yoga, RELAXING...) seems to have gone out the window. So when I go for a bike ride (like yesterday) or eat grilled chicken, I feel like it's a major acomplishment. Baby steps. Baby steps.

  25. I really heart those lacy shorts. Those would be motivating to ANYone. :) And Odwalla drinks! I like them because they're so much like Naked, but cheaper. Sometimes a LOT cheaper.

    Good job running too. I'm not a fan either but there just doesn't seem to be a good replacement for it does there. ;)
